"I wish to remain anonymous in publications produced by The Dayton Foundation and by the receiving fund and/or organization."
==> Check this box on the form if you would like your gift to be listed anonymously on the Kern Fund website.
"I wish to remain anonymous with the receiving fund's advisor."
==> Check this box on the form ONLY if you want to also keep your identity hidden from the Kern Fund Advisory Board, which means
we couldn't send you a thank-you letter, and that would be sad... :(
