According to the Spring 1985 TOWER insert, the Dayton YMCA first
purchased a 68-acre farm on the west bank of the Little Miami River in
1913. This was followed by the purchase of 123 adjoining acres at the
top of the hill in June, 1943. The Nixon farm property was purchased in
1960, adding 114 acres. And the Poppe farm property with its 100.1 acres
was added in 1966, pushing the total acreage to just over 405 acres.
In 1995-96, 4.4 acres (1.472 + 1.543 + 1.378) was transferred to private
ownership for staff housing, leaving just over 400 acres to Camp Kern.

SO, depending on which figures you want to believe, it appears that Camp Kern's acreage is in the range of 395 - 400 acres.
ADDENDUM
On July 27th, 2006, the Dayton YMCA purchased the Clark property for $1,150,000.00. This property
is comprised of 2 parcels:
1) a 58.5 acre parcel with home and barn located to the south of ELK Lake (the Nixon property)
and to the west of Brisben (the Poppe property); and 2) a 39.79 acre parcel of vacant land
located across State Route 123, west and south of the road.

ANOTHER ADDENDUM
On March 2nd, 2007, the Dayton YMCA sold the 39.79-acre parcel of Clark's property to Steven D. Cobb, Trustee for $410,329.00.
So now we're somewhere in the 455-460 acre range.
